Mr. Samir Kedia is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has more than 20 years of extensive experience in spearheading primarily commercial, financial, accounting affairs besides hands on corporate secretarial and compliance function. He has been part of Future Group in various positions across varied formats for more than 16 years. Most recently, Mr. Kedia has been associated with Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited as Chief Finance Officer. Mr. Samir Kedia had previously worked with H&R Johnson (India) Limited. He has experience across Financial planning and business analytics, Financial accounting and reporting, IFRS and Ind-AS implementation, ERP implementation, Management assurance, Consolidation, change management, corporate structuring, working capital management, taxation etc. across manufacturing and service sector.

Ms. Kapoor is a Qualified Company Secretary has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Secretarial and Legal. She has worked with various industries namely civil aviation, heavy engineering (elevator), advertising & media, retail, pharmaceutical, construction & manufacturing. She has completed her MBA in Marketing & Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in 2017 and She also accomplished her LLB and graduation in Commerce. Ms. Kapoor is also a Cost Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She has specialisation in contract management including pre-contract compliance i.e., review of request for proposal, legal due diligence, commercial negotiations with vendors and post-contract monitoring.
